Pedraforca<\/strong> est n\u00e9e en 1965 de Pepita Segu\u00ed et Josep Maria Torra, un couple de Sant Joan de Vilatorrada qui, sans exp\u00e9rience dans l&rsquo;h\u00f4tellerie mais avec beaucoup d&rsquo;enthousiasme, se sont lanc\u00e9s dans la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un petit refuge au pied du Pedraforca.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui a commenc\u00e9 comme un modeste projet entre amis, avec deux \u00e9tages et un grenier, est devenu une auberge confortable avec plus de 20 chambres, un restaurant avec vue et une terrasse unique. Pendant des d\u00e9cennies, ils ont agrandi et am\u00e9lior\u00e9 les installations ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9e, toujours avec le m\u00eame objectif : <strong>que chacun se sente comme chez lui<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p>Cet esprit de famille est toujours maintenu vivant gr\u00e2ce au changement g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel : aujourd&rsquo;hui, Jordi Torra et Cl\u00e0udia Matamala, enfants des fondateurs, poursuivent le projet avec passion, en respectant l&rsquo;essence originale et en l&rsquo;adaptant aux temps nouveaux.<\/p>\n<p>Avec plus d&rsquo;un demi-si\u00e8cle d&rsquo;histoire, l&rsquo;Hostal Pedraforca continue d&rsquo;\u00eatre un lieu o\u00f9 la nature, la chaleur et la bonne cuisine se rencontrent pour offrir <strong>un s\u00e9jour inoubliable au c\u0153ur du
